The Hawkhurst Gang
Novium Museum
The Novium Museum commissioned Millstream to produce an educational film that told the fearsome story of The Hawkhurst Gang.
The film would be used as part of the exhibition at the museum and aimed at a primary school audience.
What we did
A full animation service
Working alongside the museum team, Millstream took the voiceover script and produced all visual and audio content, from storyboarding, concept art, recording the voiceover and final sound mix.
The Process and result
Visually striking art style
We wanted the film to have a 17th Century feel and based the art style on drawings of The Hawkhurst Gang from that time period. This would compliment the other assets the museum had and create a rounded experience for the audience.
Educating visitors to the museum
The film is now part of the exhibition at the museum and visitors can enjoy the film during their visit.
